Raising pastured poultry offers many experiences, some good, some sad, some very dirty but it also asks a riddle. What do sweat, chicken pooh, grumbing helpers (children), chicken pooh - did I mention that one - and being outside first thing in the morning have in common? They equal Happiness! All the equipment is in place for our pastured poultry to be 'harvested' as I like to call it, or processed as others may think of it. We have recently upgraded to all Featherman Pro equipment for our poultry processing and could not be happier with it. The chicken plucker is a terrific piece of engineering.
