Farm Tours
We are closed for the winter – check back in the spring for tours to resume.
Take a tour at Joyful Noise Acres Farm. Every Wednesday at 1:00 and 3:00 you are welcomed to walk the pasture to see where your food is coming from and how we raise our birds. We want you o experience the sights and sounds of the poultry and hope you will visit soon.
For a more in depth tour, please contact us to schedule a tour for your group. During this tour of one hour, we will answer your questions and explain our methods of raising poultry. We will tour the brooder house where the day old chicks live until they are ready for pasture. We will tour the hen tractor, the fancy chickens and the turkeys. This is a great opportunity to hear and see the varieties of poultry. We will also see the processing area and talk about how we process.
Our tours are tailored to your groups so please let us know the age range that will visit. Farm tours are available from March thru November.
After the tour, please spread a blanket under the trees near the stream for a picnic or snack.
Cost is $25 per group.
